The Immigration Department will decide on further action today in relation to fugitive Australian cult leader, Rocco Leo and two others who are currently detained at an undisclosed location in Fiji.
Immigration Director, Major Nemani Vuniwaqa said they have taken the three people into immigration custody because they are currently staying illegally in the country.
Major Vuniwaqa said there are also a number of allegations levelled against Rocco Leo.
A South Australian newspaper reports the Agape Ministries of God head was arrested in a commando style boat raid at a former resort near Suva.
Leo, his girlfriend and her brother, are being held by Fijian immigration authorities for breaching their visas and are facing deportation.
Radio Australia said if Leo is deported to Australia he will be arrested upon arrival and charged with 126 counts of fraud and the assault of a former church member.
He has been on the run from authorities since raids were carried out on properties of his alleged doomsday cult in March last year.
Australian police uncovered firearms, ammunition, batons and detonators in the raids.
The cult leader had promised followers a new life on an island to save them from the end of the world.
Fraud investigators are also examining payments from members who gave money to Agape to help fund the plan.
