The Australian Government is hopeful that the political dialogue forum that will be held next month will be a successful one.
Australian High Commissioner James Batley said full normalization of the relationship between Fiji and Australia will depend on the return of an elected government.
He said there are some areas that Australia cannot look at, at this stage, like co-operation at military level which was suspended after the 5th December takeover.
Meanwhile, Batley said he had not received any feedback from the police regarding investigations on the threatening letter that he received last year.
