Vodafone Fiji says as soon as electricity is restored in areas where people are facing network issues, their network should be up.
They had earlier said that all their sites that are currently down are due to the power outages.
Head of e-Commerce and Corporate Affairs, Shailendra Prasad says their sites have back up through battery to cater for short duration or intermittent power outages of up to 3 to 4 hours.
Prasad says beyond that, they rely on Energy Fiji Limited.
