Cleveland Cavaliers’ centre Jarrett Allen produced a man-of-the-match performance scoring 29 points to help his side secure a close 117-115 win over the San Antonio Spurs in their NBA clash this morning.
Allen had 16 rebounds and 2 assists in 31 minutes.
The Spurs won three quarters of the game taking out the first quarter 32-28, the third quarter 28-26 and the fourth quarter 31-29 but the Cavaliers’ second quarter performance won them the game.
The Cavaliers took out the second quarter with a 10-point margin winning 34-24.
In other NBA games this morning, the Portland Trail Blazers beat the Brooklyn Nets 134-127.
