All health facilities in Suva will be open today, and the Ministry of Health is working closely with the Water Authority of Fiji to ensure that all affected health facilities will remain open.

The Ministry says it will issue public advisories should any changes to the operations of its health facilities be necessary.

They are advising people in affected areas to take necessary precautions, such as storing water safely in clean containers and protecting it from contamination.

The Ministry is urging the public to boil and store drinking water safely.

They are also advising members of the public who are sick and need medical attention to seek health care at their nearest health facility.
