The Permanent Secretary for Trade Shaheen Ali says that they recommend the optimal wind load standards to suit Fiji's specific needs.

Ali says over the course of the next two days, the members of the Building and Construction Committee and the Wind Load Committee will have the important task of thoroughly discussing, shaping, and finalising Wind Loads Standards.

He says they are thankful for the vuvale partners, with the Australian Government for providing technical support.

The two-day discussions will be held at level 9, Suvavou house, and will end tomorrow.
