The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team will be looking to provide a great Mother’s Day gift to all mothers around Fiji by winning the Toulouse 7s this weekend.

With the team still yet to win a tournament in this 2022/2023 World 7s series, this would be a perfect time to redeem themselves and give the mothers a special present but most importantly, to help them boost their chances of an automatic 2024 Olympic Games qualification.

Fiji will be boosted by the return of Jerry Tuwai into the squad and will be hoping to scoop the remaining two tournaments in this series.

Fiji’s first match in the Toulouse 7s is against the USA at 12.57am Saturday, they play South Africa at 7.03am Saturday and battle France at 12.11am Sunday in their final pool game.

The cup quarter-finals will start at 3.16am Sunday, the cup semi-finals will begin at 11.32pm Sunday and the cup final will be held at 3.56am Monday.
