A trough of low pressure lies over the Northern parts of the Fiji group which is associated with clouds and rain, and it will affect the group for the next few days.

The Nadi Weather Office says isolated thunderstorms and heavy rain are expected which may lead to flash flooding in low lying and flood prone areas.

They say occasional rain will affect Lami-Suva-Nasinu-Nausori-Korovou-Rakiraki, Serua-Namosi-Naitasiri, the interior of Tailevu North, Ra, Northern Division, Lau and Lomaiviti group.
