747,359 people screened at fever clinics around the country to date

747,359 people have been screened at the fever clinics around the country.

Chief Medical Advisor Dr Jemesa Tudravu says 40 fever clinics are in operation around the country.

Dr Tudravu says in the last 24 hours, their mobile fever clinics screened 22,665 people.

1,490 people have been tested at the Centre for Disease Control in Tamavua.

There are 4 cases of COVID-19 where 3 individuals are isolated in Navua while 1 is still in isolation at the Lautoka Hospital.

Dr Tudravu says they have also tested the individuals that are serving at the quarantine centres in Nadi and none of them have tested positive for coronavirus.
