Digicel Fiji Women’s soccer team coach, Lisa Cole says the team is now well settled and players are ready for the elimination round of the OFC Women’s Nations Cup.

She says the overseas based players like Trina Davis and Vanisha Kumar have jelled in well in the team.

Cole says it was difficult to ascertain the playing style of other teams in the group stages however they now have a fair indication of what their opponents may bring.

The Kulas beat New Caledonia 3-1 and drew with Solomon Islands 1-1 in the group stages.

Fiji will play Cook Islands in the third quarterfinal at 4pm tomorrow at the HFC Bank Stadium.

The winner of the Women's Nations Cup will qualify for the Inter-confederation playoff for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

This playoff will be played in New Zealand next year.
