Jerry Tuwai to feature in Mike Friday Select 7s team for Fiji’s Coral Coast 7s

Fiji Airways Fiji Men’s 7s legend and 2 time Olympics gold medallist Jerry Tuwai will be featuring for the Mike Friday Select 7s team for the upcoming McDonalds Fiji’s Coral Coast 7s that will be held from the 16th to the 18th of January, 2025.

Tuwai will be teaming up with some of the household names in international 7s rugby including South Africa’s Rosco Specman and Ireland’s Harry McNulty.

The inclusion of these three players in the legendary coach, Mike Friday’s team will surely add more excitement and anticipation for the tournament as fans look forward to seeing these veterans playing together in the same team for the first time.

The tournament will feature a total of 44 teams, including 16 men’s teams, 16 youth teams, and 12 women’s teams.

There will be a total of 8 international teams and 8 local teams in the men’s division.

The McDonald’s Fiji’s Coral Coast 7s will be held in Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka.
