A man was rushed to hospital after being stabbed at a train station in Western Sydney.
Emergency services received reports of an assault at Blacktown Train Station.
Police arrived soon after and found a man, believed to be in his 30s, with a stab wound to his arm.
He was treated by paramedics before being taken to hospital in a stable condition.
Police were told the man was involved in an altercation with another man who was armed with a knife, with the incident spreading from the platform onto the tracks.
The other man left the station before police arrived.
Footage from the scene shows officers speaking to several people at the station and searching around a stopped train.
