An 18-year-old man has been charged in connection with an alleged aggravated robbery at a shop in Nawaka, Nadi on 2nd August.
It is alleged that the accused and another man threatened a couple inside the shop before stealing cash, mobile phones and clothing and fleeing the scene.
The 18-year-old has been charged with one count of aggravated robbery.
He appeared in the Nadi Magistrates Court on Friday and has been remanded in custody until 21st August.
Police say investigations are continuing to locate the second suspect.
