As the FIJI Water Flying Fijians prepare to take on Japan for the third consecutive time in the Asahi Super Dry Pacific Nations Cup final today, interim head coach Senirusi Seruvakula says the team is not worried about what Japan will bring, as they remain focused on what is at stake.

Speaking from Tokyo, Seruvakula says Japan is a very strong team and will be strong up front.

He says they also have a well-experienced coaching team, but the Flying Fijians will focus on playing to their own strengths.

He adds that it will be important for them to win quality ball and move forward.

Seruvakula has named a formidable 23-member team; however, lock Isoa Nasilasila will miss the match due to a one-match suspension after copping a red card against Canada.

Elia Canakaivata replacing Isoa Tuwai at number eight, Caleb Muntz starts at fly-half, with Isaiah Armstrong-Ravula shifting to fullback, while Tuidraki Samusamuvodre starts at inside centre in place of Kalaveti Ravouvou.

On the bench, Vilikesa Nairau and Issacc Ratumaitavuki-Kneepkens are in line to make their possible debuts.

Penaia Cakobau, Isoa Tuwai, Samuela Tawake, Kavaia Tagivetaua, Sam Wye and Isikeli Rabitu are also named among the replacements.

The Flying Fijians will face Japan at Prince Chichibu Memorial Stadium in Tokyo at 10.05pm today.
