Merchant Finance has officially opened its new Suva City Branch at FHL Tower, while also relocating its Head Office to the same premises.
The new facility, located at the corner of Gordon and Thurston Streets, brings Merchant Finance’s Suva Branch, Flagstaff Branch and Head Office together under one roof.
The company says the move is aimed at improving customer accessibility, convenience and service delivery while supporting its continued growth.
Merchant Finance Chief Executive Officer Veilawa Rereiwasaliwa says the relocation reflects the company’s focus on putting customers first.
Rereiwasaliwa says the new location is modern, centrally located and designed to provide customers with a more convenient experience.
The new customer service hub will provide access to personal loans, business finance, term deposits and other financial services.
He says bringing key business functions together will also strengthen collaboration between teams, streamline service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
He says the new premises are designed to provide a comfortable and professional environment while improving accessibility for customers.
Rereiwasaliwa says the new relocation follows the closure of Merchant Finance’s previous Suva locations on 11th September, with services resuming at FHL Tower on 14th September 2026.
Merchant Finance says the move also positions the company for future growth as it continues to invest in its facilities, technology and customer-focused solutions.
