2026 Glasgow Commonwealth Games bronze medallist Jasmine Daunakamakama says if she could travel back in time, she would tell her 10-year-old self that the dreams she had were worth believing in and that she was right to keep pushing forward.
Daunakamakama shared this on fijivillage Play with Alipate Narawa, saying her parents encouraged her and her sister to create a vision board.
She says among the ambitious goals they wrote down were representing Fiji and winning medals for her country.
Daunakamakama says she remembers writing those goals with certainty, even though she did not know what the journey would look like.
