Former French international rugby player Virimi Vakatawa and Bayon-based prop Luke Tagi will join the FIJI Water Flying Fijians camp, replacing Semi Radradra and Tim Hoyt.
Tagi, who was not available for selection earlier, is set to return, and Vakatawa will likely make a debut soon after an impressive game against South Africa and Wales with the Barbarians team.
Fiji's hopes of a winning start to the tour were hampered by ill-discipline, conceding too many penalties that allowed Wales to take control of the contest.
The Flying Fijians will now look to improve their discipline and reduce their penalty count as they prepare for their second Test.
Fiji face England at Hill Dickinson Stadium on Sunday, with kick-off at 1.10am Fiji time.
In other games this week, New Zealand takes on Italy at 5.10pm at the Sky Stadium, Australia faces France at 7.40pm at the Brisbane Stadium, and Ireland meets Japan at 10.10pm.
On Sunday, South Africa will face Scotland at 3.40am in Pretoria and Wales will play Argentina at 7.10am at San Juan.
