The FIJI Water Flying Fijians are continuing to build their preparations in France ahead of the Nations Championship, which kicks off this month.
The Fiji Rugby Union says the team returned to the training ground yesterday, with players from French club Lyon joining the squad as preparations intensified.
They say the latest training session focused on lowering body height and getting underneath opponents, an important area of the game as the Flying Fijians work on strengthening their physical approach and improving their execution.

FRU says the session forms part of the team's ongoing preparations as they look to fine-tune their combinations and get ready for the challenges of the Nations Championship.
They say with the tournament approaching, the coaching staff will be looking to ensure the players are physically and mentally prepared for the international campaign.
The Flying Fijians will face France at 8.10am on Monday 9th, followed by their match against Ireland on 16th, and finally play Italy on the 23rd.
