Pacific Heavy Industries Fiji have been crowned Premier Champions of the Classic Buses FANCA Nations World Cup 2026 after beating New Zealand 1-0 in the final at Prince Charles Park.
Ba striker Fazil Ali scored the winning goal in the first minute, with Fiji holding onto their lead until the final whistle.
The victory secured Fiji their sixth FANCA Premier title.
Fiji finished the tournament unbeaten and did not concede a single goal throughout the competition.
Zibraz Sahid was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player and Golden Ball winner, while Mohammed Aziz received the Golden Glove.
Fiji also received the Best Disciplined Nation award.
Close to 4,000 supporters attended the final at Prince Charles Park.
Fiji Head of Nation and FANCA 2026 Organising Committee Chair Haji Javed Ahmed says he is proud of the achievement and described the victory as a fitting end to the tournament on home soil.
The FANCA Nations World Cup was held alongside the Fiji Muslim League Centenary Celebrations.
