The man accused of attempting to break into the RFMF ammunition magazine building in Nabua in April this year did not appear at the Suva High Court when his case was called yesterday.
Isaia Ledua is charged with attempted aggravated burglary.
It is alleged that between 8th and 9th April, Ledua attempted to break into the RFMF ammunition magazine building in Nabua and, during the same period, allegedly damaged the door lock keypad.
Defence counsel informed the court that Ledua had been arrested the night before and was in custody at the Nabua Police Station.
The matter has been adjourned to next Thursday.
