The hearing of the no case to answer application by former Deputy Prime Minister, Manoa Kamikamica's defence lawyer will take place at 10.30am today.
This is after FICAC presented their two witnesses.
Their second witness, Government MP, Kalaveti Ravu refused to reveal who questioned him about his case.
Ravu declined to disclose in court who had spoken to him about the case, saying the individuals were his colleagues in the current government.
FICAC requested a break and tried again for Ravu to reveal the names of those that had asked him about his case with FICAC.
Ravu again maintained that he will not reveal the names.
The defence counsel for Kamikamica, Wylie Clarke then filed a no case to answer in the Suva Magistrates Court after the conclusion of FICAC's case.
Magistrate Charles Ratakele says he will hear both parties today.
FICAC had called two witnesses - Janet Mason who assisted the COI as well as Government MP Kalaveti Ravu.
