Meanwhile, 24-year-old Shaunil Chand says owning a home at a young age is something he never imagined would have been possible without the Government's support.
Chand says he is grateful to the Housing Authority and the Government for the housing scheme and grant, which have made home ownership more affordable for young people like him.
He also thanked his parents and family for encouraging and supporting him throughout the process.
