Qereqeretabua keeps political options open ahead of general elections
Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs and National Federation Party MP, Lenora Qereqeretabua is keeping her political options open ahead of Fiji’s next general elections.

Qereqeretabua told fijivillage News that she is not prepared to comment at this stage on whether she will contest the elections under any particular political party.

She says she is keeping her options open, leaving the possibility of her political future open as parties begin positioning themselves ahead of the general elections.

Her comments come as political parties and prospective candidates increasingly turn their attention towards the next elections, with questions being raised on where current Government members and other prominent political figures will stand.
