The bail application for the three suspended police officers, Simione Rokosemudu, Iowane Sukanaisoro and Ilisoni Waqa, who are jointly charged in relation to the alleged murder of 24-year-old Lami Police Constable Peniasi Racagi, has been rejected by Suva High Court Judge Daniel Goundar.
This is after their bail application was objected by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The three appeared before Justice Goundar in the Suva High Court today.
They will take their plea on November 17th.
Racagi was found dead along the Lami foreshore on February 22nd this year.
It is alleged that the three officers murdered Constable Racagi following an altercation.
