Former Saint Joseph’s Secondary School sprinter and Olympian Sisilia Seavula could not contain her emotions as she travelled from the West to be part of the Saint Joseph’s Secondary School Platinum Jubilee Ball Night.
Seavula, who blitzed the tracks for Saint Joseph’s during the Coca-Cola Games, brought pride and joy to the school.
She also represented Fiji at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, which was the pinnacle of her career.
Speaking to fijivillage News, Seavula says she cannot wait to meet her friends and teachers whom she has not seen in the past decade.
She is thankful to the teachers who shaped her path and is encouraging current students to enjoy their time at school and live life to the fullest.
