A teacher charged with the rape and sexual assault of a 16-year-old student has pleaded not guilty to the charges in the Suva High Court.
The teacher is charged with two counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.
The alleged offences occurred on an unknown date between 1st June and 20th July this year.
The matter has been adjourned to 23rd November to fix a trial date.
The teacher’s bail has been further extended.
