Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission CEO Senikavika Jiuta says they are hoping to make a determination on the Energy Fiji Limited fuel surcharge this week.
Speaking to fijivillage News, Jiuta says the FCCC is working closely with the Government to ensure any announcement made is balanced.
She adds that the matter is currently under review.
In April this year, Energy Fiji Limited requested an 11-cent surcharge on top of the current electricity tariff being paid by consumers.
