He says during her family’s postings in Australia and New York, she made significant sacrifices to her own career and education to support the family and ensure that everyone around her could pursue their own responsibilities and ambitions.
He says today that sacrifice has been rewarded with a remarkable academic achievement.

She has played important roles within her extended family, the ACSOG Class of 2003, her children’s classroom activities, Fiji Netball, Northland Rugby Union, and initiatives supporting women in Defence.
Her husband shared with fijivillage news that at home, she has also been a constant source of strength and support, particularly as he travels extensively for work and participates in commitments involving Northland Rugby Union and the Marist Old Boys Association.
Her ability to carry these responsibilities while undertaking demanding MBA studies has been described by her family as nothing short of heroic.
