Team Fiji’s young athletes will receive additional personal care support for their journey to the 2026 Youth Olympic Games in Dakar, Senegal, following donations of Rexona and U by Kotex hygiene packs from the Motibhai Group of Companies.
The donations are aimed at supporting the comfort and wellbeing of athletes and officials, with the U by Kotex packs specifically provided for Team Fiji’s female athletes.
Team Fiji Chef de Mission Jane Wong says the support will help athletes and officials feel comfortable, prepared and able to focus on their performances.
Wong says athlete wellbeing is an important part of performance and thanked Motibhai Group and its brands for recognising the needs of the team, including its female athletes.
Motibhai Group Marketing Manager Praneeta Devi says the company is proud to continue supporting Team Fiji as its athletes prepare to represent the country on the international stage.
Devi says supporting female athletes also aligns with the company’s commitment to health, wellbeing and youth empowerment.
The Youth Olympic Games will be held in Dakar from 30th October to 13th November, bringing together young athletes from around the world to compete across various sporting disciplines.
Motibhai Group has a long-standing partnership with Team Fiji, supporting athletes in their preparations for major international sporting events.
