Let us continue to work hand in hand, leveraging our expertise, resources, and innovation to create a healthcare system that serves the needs of every Fijian.

This has been highlighted by the Minister of Health Dr Atonio Lalabalavu at the opening of Mylab PTE Limited in Labasa.

Dr Lalabalavu says the government encouraging young entrepreneurs to open up businesses in their hometowns and create more job opportunities.

He says the Ministry of Health and Medical Services is grateful for the set-up and existence of Mylab as the collaboration between the private sector and government is essential in promoting better health outcomes.

Dr. Lalabalavu says Mylab exemplifies the spirit of this statement as they have taken the initiative to contribute to the betterment of the nation’s health.

He adds by providing quality medical laboratory services, they are not only improving individual health outcomes but also uplifting the overall healthcare landscape in Labasa.

He assures them that the government will be there to support them.
