Zoe Maharaj Moore has been cleared by the Suva Magistrates Court this afternoon of her 2020 absconding bail case.
This was after she had cleared all of her fines with the court.
She was earlier charged with absconding bail in January 2020 when she had missed a court date.
She appeared before Magistrate Shageeth Somaratne this afternoon.
Moore however still has another two cases pending before the courts for which she is still being remanded for.
She faces one count of unlawful possession of illicit drugs, one count of possession of property believed to be proceeds of crime, one count of possession of break-in implements, and one count of unlawful possession of explosives.
This was after she was allegedly found with a grenade and 0.111 grams of methamphetamine on February 13th in Delainavesi, Lami.
In the other case, she is jointly charged with former Suva lawyer Shazran Abdul Lateef after they were allegedly found with 6.3 milligrams of methamphetamine and 7.5 grams of marijuana in August 2019.
