Ikanivere says the weather has not been an issue for the players, who are eager to face Scotland.
He added that several young players, including Isikeli Rabitu, are excited to be named in the final match-day squad.
Ikanivere says the opportunity to play alongside experienced players such as Virimi Vakatawa and Josh Matavesi, players whom they admired while growing up, is a special moment for them.
Ikanivere also highlighted a significant milestone for prop Eroni Mawi, who is set to earn his 50th Test cap for Fiji.
Fiji will play Scotland at 1.10am tomorrow.
In other matches, the All Blacks will host Ireland at 7.10pm today, Japan will take on France at 8.40pm, and the Wallabies will face Italy at 10.10pm.
South Africa will meet Wales at 3.40am tomorrow, while England will take on Argentina at 7.10am.
