Interim Finance Minister and leader of the Fiji Labour Party, Mahendra Chaudhry has called on Australia and New Zealand to stop pressuring Fiji to have elections as soon as possible.
Chaudhry said these countries should realize that any amount of pressure will not stop the work of the interim government to have a People's Charter to resolve the long standing problems faced by the people of Fiji.
Chaudhry had earlier said that the People's Charter will come first before the next election is held in Fiji.
