This is the message from Acting Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Board Chairman and Permanent Secretary PM's Office Lieutenant Colonel Pio Tikoduadua to Australia and New Zealand on the issue of technical cooperation between countries, especially with Fiji.
At the World International Customs Day celebrations Tikoduadua said Fiji is currently facing certain difficulties regarding country cooperation and assistance.
Tikoduadua said the Oceania Customs Organisation has 23 members and as part of this Organisation, Australia and New Zealand should be more open as Fiji's stringent border control measures will also be beneficial to them.
The theme for International Customs Day 2010 is Customs Trade Partnership.
