The Public Emergency Regulation (PER) has been extended again.
President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau has announced in a gazette that in exercise of the powers vested in him by virtue of the Office of the President and Executive Authority Decree 2009, he has extended the PER for a further period of 30 days with effect from march 2nd, 2010.
