A 45 year old father who raped his Class 6 daughter in 2004 and again when she was 17 was sentenced this afternoon to 15 years in jail.
The father pleaded guilty to two counts of rape and Justice Temo gave a non parole for 11 years sentence.
Justice Salesi Temo in his verdict said children are vulnerable members of our society and that as a father, trust was betrayed for his only child and daughter.
Justice Temo told the 45 year old father that he had become a monster who mistreated her.
