A suspended police officer has been released on bail by Suva Magistrates Court Judge Yohan Liyange.
Kaipati Bakoa is charged with one count of theft and one count of interfering with evidence in relation to the alleged theft of drugs from the Nabua Police Station.
The court was told that Bakoa will have to look for a new house as he has been told to vacate the police quarters.
The case has been adjourned to 13th August.
