Suva left-back Sakaraia Naisua opened the scoring in the 40th minute, before striker Siotame Kubu and Molis Gagame scored.
Labasa had a goal disallowed in the first half for offside as Suva held on to secure another important victory.
Labasa will now need a win against Blue Gas Navua to strengthen its chances of progressing to the semi-finals.
