The Republic of Fiji Military Forces will begin a live-firing exercise in the vicinity of the Nausori Highlands Training Area from today until next Saturday.
The RFMF is advising people living nearby to stay away from the area while the exercise is underway.
The military says all safety measures have been considered ahead of the training.
The RFMF has thanked members of the public for their consideration.
