A 25-year-old man charged with allegedly raping another man of the same age in 2025 has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The accused appeared before Justice Daniel Goundar in the Suva High Court this morning.
He is represented by Legal Aid.
The matter has been adjourned to 27th November.
The man is charged with two counts of rape and one count of breach of a suspended sentence.
