Wasasala urges consistency as Bula FC prepares for Melbourne matches

As Extra Bula FC intensify preparations for the next stage of the OFC Pro League in Melbourne, midfielder Christopher Wasasala says the players are aware of what they need to do and the challenge they are heading into.

While the squad has shown steady growth across the first two circuits, Wasasala admits consistency remains the biggest concern heading into the third round.

Wasasala says maintaining performance levels across full matches and adapting to different playing styles are areas the team must improve.

Bula FC face Vanuatu United FC at 1pm this Sunday.

The team then face Hekari United next Wednesday at 8pm, and Solomon FC next Saturday at 7.30pm.

Bula FC will round off this circuit with their Round 1 postponed match against South Island United FC on 8th March at 8pm.

Meanwhile, the team sits in fifth place with five points after Round 2 of the tournament. They need to be in the top 4 to directly qualify for the semi finals. 

Auckland FC leads with 15 points, South Melbourne FC is second with 11 points, and Solomon Kings FC is third with eight points.
