Team Moce has received a sponsorship boost from TISA Insurance ahead of the Super 8 Cricket Championship, which will be held from 11th to 15th this month at Albert Park in Suva.
TISA Insurance handed over its sponsorship to Team Moce, including a team tent and other essential equipment to support the team during the tournament.
The handover was attended by Moce Cricket Association coach Sisaro Dautu, Team Moce representatives and TISA Insurance's Manager Marketing and Business Development, Bhavik Chand, who represented Chief Executive Officer David Ariff Chan.
Speaking during the handover, TISA Insurance's Manager Marketing and Business Development Bhavik Chand says TISA Insurance believes investing in grassroots sport is an investment in communities.
He says the company is proud to support Team Moce and looks forward to seeing them compete against some of Fiji's best cricket teams.
Chand also says TISA Insurance will officially hand over its sponsorship to Team Namuka-i-Lau next week as they prepare for the championship.
The Super 8 Cricket Championship Group A features Kabara, Lakeba, Moce and Namuka-i-Lau, while Group B consists of Suva, Nadi, Ono-i-Lau and Komo.
