South Island United FC players stepped away from their training yesterday to engage with students at Deenbandhoo Memorial School in Suva as part of the Fiji Football Association's Just Play Program.
The players traded their boots for books during the visit, spending time interacting with students and sharing their experiences while encouraging the importance of balancing education with sport.

The initiative is part of the club’s ongoing commitment, in partnership with the Fiji FA Just Play Program, to promote healthy lifestyles, inclusivity and positive values among young people through the power of football.

Meanwhile, South Island United, who are currently in fifth place, will face fourth-placed Solomon King’s FC at 3pm tomorrow at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.
In other matches, Tahiti United will face Vanuatu United FC at 7pm tomorrow at the HFC Bank Stadium.
On Saturday, South Melbourne FC will face PNG Hekari FC at 3pm, while Extra Bula FC will meet Auckland FC at 7pm, both at 4R Stadium, Govind Park in Ba.
