Rewa FC suffered a crucial 1-nil loss to Navua FC in their Round 8 Extra Premier League clash, dropping valuable points at a critical stage of the competition.

The decisive goal came in the first half, and Rewa was unable to find an equaliser despite pushing for a response.

Rewa FC says the result was not what the team wanted and fell below the standard they expect of themselves.

They say this is a moment for honest reflection, accountability and a strong response from everyone involved as they look to regroup and bounce back stronger in their next outing.

Meanwhile, in tomorrow’s matches, Tailevu Naitasiri FC takes on Ba FC at 12pm, followed by Nasinu FC against Suva FC at 2pm, with both matches at Uprising Sports Centre.

Lautoka FC hosts Labasa FC at Churchill Park at 1pm, while Nadroga FC meets Nadi FC at Lawaqa Park at 3pm.
