Former Fiji age-group rugby player who hails from Ba and USA Olympic Sevens representative Andrew Durutalo has joined the Japan Rugby High Performance Programme as an Independent Observer.
The former Suva Grammar School Dean's Captain and Oxford University graduate has continued to expand his experience within elite sport, recently accepting an invitation from Japan Rugby to join its High Performance Programme as an Independent Observer during the Nations Championship.
The invitation provides Durutalo with behind-the-scenes access to one of world rugby's most respected high-performance environments, where he will observe the systems, processes, and decision-making that underpin Japan's international programme throughout the tournament.
