The Military Police were acting under the orders of High Court Judge, Justice Daniel Goundar earlier today.
Justice Goundar ordered for the removal of the exhibits for safe keeping with the military.
The exhibits are from John Nikolic's cocaine case.
The 12 kilograms of cocaine in Nikolic's case has been missing from the Suva High Court Exhibit Room since March this year.
The public was only told by Police about this after the missing cocaine from the Joshua Rahman case last month.
