Hong Kong 7s: Fijiana go down 45-5 to Australia

The Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s side went down 45-5 to Australia in their quarterfinal at the Hong Kong 7s.

The Levi sisters, Maddison and Teagan, scored doubles, with the other tries going to Tia Hinds and Heidi Dennis.

Adi Vani Buleki scored the Fijiana's lone try.

The Fijiana also received 2 yellow cards to Reapi Ulunisau and skipper Verenaisi Ditavutu.

Australia led 26-0 at halftime.

They will now play Spain at 4.28pm for 7th place.

In other quarterfinals, Canada beat the USA 19-7, New Zealand thumped Spain 32-5, while France defeated Japan 22-12.

The Cup semifinals are at 5.14pm while the Cup final is at 10.35pm.
