Erling Haaland has added four Guinness World Records to his growing list of football achievements after his records with Manchester City and the Norway national team were officially recognised.
The 26-year-old Norwegian striker received certificates for four of his most notable achievements as he prepares for another season with Manchester City.
The four records recognised by Guinness World Records include Haaland's record-breaking pace to reach 100 Premier League goals, his spectacular first season in England, his scoring record in the UEFA Nations League and his historic performance in a single Champions League match.
The recognition comes after Haaland once again stepped into the spotlight during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Haaland reached 100 Premier League goals on 2 December 2025 when he converted a penalty against Fulham.
He reached the milestone in just 111 appearances, becoming the player to score 100 goals in the fewest matches in Premier League history.
Haaland made his Manchester City debut during the 2022/23 season and scored 36 goals in 38 Premier League appearances during his first campaign.
That tally surpassed Mohamed Salah's 32 goals from the 2017/18 season and moved Haaland past the 34-goal totals recorded by Andy Cole and Alan Shearer.
Cole and Shearer achieved their 34-goal tallies in seasons featuring 42 league matches, while Haaland scored 36 goals in a 38-match Premier League season.
Haaland's records also extend to international football.
With Norway, he became the all-time leading scorer in the UEFA Nations League with 19 goals between September 2020 and November 2024.
His fifth and final goal against RB Leipzig on 14 March 2023 also secured another place in Champions League history.
Haaland scored five goals in the match, matching a record previously held by Lionel Messi and Luiz Adriano for the most goals scored by a player in a single Champions League match.
Guinness World Records also highlighted Haaland's growing popularity off the pitch, noting that he gained around 24 million Instagram followers during the World Cup.
