The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s team is well aware of the challenge ahead this weekend and plans to take the competition one game at a time.

This was shared by Head Coach Osea Kolinisau while talking to fijivillage News from Vancouver.

Kolinisau says their pool opponents; France, Argentina, and Australia, play similar tactical styles and have been very consistent throughout the season.

He says the players understand that France has been a major threat throughout the season and is currently performing well.

He stressed that Fiji will need to maintain possession against them, as the French side often tries to starve their opponents of the ball.

He also noted that Argentina cannot be written off, as they are the former champions and play a similar fast paced game to France.

Kolinisau adds that Australia performed strongly in Perth, but he believes his players have what it takes to counter all three teams this weekend.
