Fijian Drua unveils 12 development players for 2026

Fijian Drua unveils 12 development players for 2026
Former Fiji Under-20 captain Moses Armstrong Ravula, the brother of flyhalf Isaiah Armstrong Ravula, will be part of the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua after being selected as one of their 12-member Development Squad for 2026.

The Drua says their Development Player programme is a key part of the Drua pathway, providing emerging talent with access to a high-performance environment and helping them transition into professional rugby, reflecting the franchise’s commitment to preparing players who are ready to step up to Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific when called upon.

Fijian Drua Development Coach Nemani Nadolo-Kuridrani says he is really excited about the Development squad they have finalised.

The 2026 Development squad includes Bogi Kikau, Breyton Legge, Harold Rounds, JD Sivivatu Kanth, Jeneriro Wakeham, Joshua Uluibau, Joweli Walevu, Kalioni Ratunabuabua, Maleli Nauvasi, Moses Armstrong Ravula, Pita Manamanaivalu, and Sairusi Ravudi.

Nadolo says many of these players have been standout performers for their clubs, and several have represented Fiji Under-20.

He says they have earned their place, and combined with those who have been with them over the past few years, they have a really exciting group.

He adds he is looking forward to working with them throughout the season.

The 2026 group features four players from last year’s squad and eight new players who have forced their way into the Drua.
